Anti Ageing Frankincense Holistic Face Massage

Holistic Face Massage is a gorgeous fusion of a facial and a holistic massage. 

To start, your skin will be cleansed of impurities using a rehydrating Frankincense cleanser and Frankincense toner. The treatment then continues with pressure point massage and lymphatic drainage on the face, neck and scalp plus massage of the chest and shoulders using manual techniques and crystal massage wands.   

Holistic Face Massage has various benefits:

• Cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin
• Helps to relax tight muscles in the face which temporarily reduces the appearance of wrinkles 
• Eases knots, tension and aches, which are common in the upper body area.
• Clears congestion in the sinus and lymphatic system
• Improves the circulation of blood and nutrients to the skin
• Relaxes the entire nervous system and therefore is useful for stress, tension, anxiety etc.
• Stimulates the acupressure points in the face (see chart below) making it similar to reflexology for the face!

All products used are cruelty free and many are also suitable for vegans - please let me know at your appointment and I will use the appropriate products.

You also have the option to add on a Collagen Eye Mask, Hydrating Foot Mask with Heated Booties or Neal's Yard Frankincense Firming Face Mask to your treatment. Please note, the collagen masks are not suitable for vegans. 

Other optional  electrical facial add ons include Diamond Microdermabrasion (for dull, lacklustre skin), Non Surgical Face Lift (lifts and tightens sagging facial muscles) or LED Light Face Mask (blue for oily/congested skin or red for mature skin) or Radio Frequency (to help tighten sagging skin).
