By the end of this course you will have
- Created your unique business vision and full business plan
- A clear action plan and with your with your effort and committment have set up systems and procedures for each key area of your business: administration, marketing, finance, legal matters such as health and safety, data protection etc.
- The skills to carry out a review of all key areas of your business
- Copies of important templates to use in your business
- Your own therapist self-care and self-development plan in place. This is paramount as working as a therapist is physically, emotionally and mentally demanding AND many therapists are caring, compassionate people who over-give both in business and their personal lives.
- Knowledge about self-care essentials such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and holistic self-care tools yoga, aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, crystal therapy.
As the building blocks, systems and processes for setting up your holistic or beauty business are the same no matter which country you live in, this course and program is open to both UK and international therapists.
