Apologies but 1 to 1 treatments, pamper parties or corporate events are NOT currently available until we have the go ahead from the government.  However I am taking £10 deposits for appointments for treatments when I am allowed to reopen, appointments will be offered in date order of deposits being paid. Please click here for all other services and products still available during lockdown  


Normal Opening Hours:  Tues 10- 6 pm Weds & Thurs 10 - 4pm and then 5pm -8pm, Fri 10 -6 pm, Sat 10 - 4pm 

Payments: Deposit payments can be made by debit/credit card or Paypal balance or you can pay in full with your Debit/Credit Card at the time of booking via the Online Booking System.  Alternatively you can pay the balance by Debit/Credit Card or Cash at the time of your appointment.  

For Pamper Parties or Corporate Events we also work outside of these hours.

In light of the global pandemic, I would like to reassure customers that once I can reopen, I will be doing everything possible to ensure infection prevention and control across all services I provide.

Hygiene, Infection Prevention and Control Standard Procedures

  1. Handwashing, use of hand sanitiser with min 60% alcohol before and after each client.
  2. Cleaning and disinfection of all work surfaces, product containers, tools, equipment, therapy couch, sofa and soft furnishings toilet, light switches, taps, door handles after each client
  3. Towels and other therapy couch linen  are changed after each client and washed on a min of 60c
  4. Personal Protective Equipment: face masks, disposable gloves and hand visors are used for all treatments, practical training days and during the production of my aromatherapy and Bach flower remedy products.


    Additional Procedures for Customers
  5. If you have had COVID-19 symptoms (fever, high temperature, new persistent cough) in the last 7 days or been in contact with someone who has symptoms in the last 14 days, I am sorry you will not be able to come for a treatment.
  6. If you are one of the vulnerable groups and have been advised to shield (self isolate) or practice stringent social distancing, I am sorry you will not be able to come for a treatment
  7. After booking your appointment and paying your deposit, I will be in touch to carry out a consultation before your appointment. Once we have completed your telephone consultation and everything is safe to proceed, your appointment will be confirmed.
  8. Handwashing facilities, hand sanitiser and face masks are available for clients to use during their treatments where practical as some treatments involve the part of the face where a mask would be.  If you would like to bring your own face mask or sanitiser, feel free to do so.
  9. If you develop symptoms or come into contact with someone with symptoms AFTER booking your appointment, please cancel, your deposit will be refunded to you. Please note, deposits will only be refunded if this situation arises and not for any other reason as per usual terms and conditions.
  10. Customers will be contacted after booking their appointment and paying their deposit. Your clientc onsultation will now take place over the phone as I need to pre screen all clients for safety reasons.

To Book an Appointment

  • Please click book now to use the booking system below.
  • You can either pay in full at the time of booking or just pay your deposit above (which is non returnable and non refundable) and the balance by cash or card at your appointment.
  • Due to no shows, bookings made without deposit payment will be cancelled by the end or start of the next working day.

Due to no shows and last minute cancellations, all advance bookings for treatments require a non refundable deposit based on the length of your treatment. Please pay this at the time of making your booking.  Any bookings which are made without deposit payment will be cancelled.

In the event that you develop COVID-19 symptoms or come into contact with someone who has and you need to cancel your apppointment, your deposit WILL be refunded, but not for any other reason as per usual terms and conditions.
